Barrios calls themselves a cocktail lounge, restaurant and bar, with Cuban, Creole, Cajun and Caribbean food. It's all true. Their cocktail creations span the usual to some unknown mixes and their meals cross all North American borders (and seas).
Prices are high; expect to pay 12,90 Euro for chicken rellenos or fajitas. An enchilada dish will set you back 10 Euros. Food is good though. They usually have happy hour from 5-8 p.m. and again after 10.30 p.m.; Monday thru Wednesday you get 2 for the price of 1.
And the highlight in summer: a garden terrace, although I'd rather call it opening up their non-covered winter garden, which is in in between two buildings. Lots of space, but they have to close it at 10 p.m. in respect of the neighbors.

Best bet is to get out at "Strohmarkt" in the Planken. From there you have to walk 2 blocks, crossing the Freßgasse to get there.
