Abay Ethiopian - Nuremberg

Abay is an Ethiopian restauarant. This means you eat verious spicy and not so spicy stews with your hands, scooping the stew up with pieces of flat bread called Injera. The recommended drink is honey wine, which both intoxicates and tastes.

This place is maybe not in the same league as the Blue Nile in Munich which serves better food than most places in Ethiopia, but still worth a visit.
